Travel
Q: Do you charge a travel fee?
A: Travel up to 20 miles round trip from Pittsburg, KS is included in all packages. Beyond that, a travel fee of $0.65 per mile (round trip) applies. If your session requires an overnight stay, we’ll discuss that in advance, and the cost must be paid prior to your session or wedding day.
Booking & Payments
Q: How do I reserve my date?
A: To secure your session or wedding date, a non‑refundable booking retainer is required. For weddings, this retainer is 25% of your package price. For non‑wedding sessions, the retainer is 50%. Your date is confirmed only after both the signed contract and retainer have been received, and services will not begin until both are submitted.
Q: Can I pay in installments?
A: Yes! For weddings, the remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. For other sessions, the remaining balance is due one week before your session.
Complimentary Sessions
Q: Are engagement sessions required? Can they be done after the wedding?
A: Engagement sessions are complimentary with your wedding package. They must take place before the wedding so we can connect, and you can feel comfortable in front of the camera. If you choose not to schedule your complimentary engagement session prior to your wedding, it is forfeited.
